Privacy Policy

We treat your contact information as private and confidential. We will not provide your contact information to any other organization except the Energy Independence Now campaign unless you specifically authorize us.

For the purposes of petitions, we treat your name, city, state and comments as public information.  We may also make comments made through the EIN website along with your city, state, and country available to the press and public online.  For example, we may provide compilations of petitions, with your comments, to elected officials or regulatory agencies, without disclosing email addresses, mailing addresses, and phone numbers.

We will send you updates by e-mail. We will do our best to respect your time and attention. You can remove yourself from the mailing list at any time.

As a non-profit, 501.c.3 organization, EIN is committed to ensuring unfettered access to its material and the material contained on its website. However, we do respectfully request that information gathered from EIN and its website be properly cited. We also request that the same respect be afforded to the owners of those external websites linked to through EIN’s website, and to any and all third-party information cited within EIN’s website.
